Please be aware of the following important steps:

1. Please whitelist our email domains to avoid any lost time with emails sitting in spam filters: mspdw.com and darkwebsecurity.cloud
2. Your platform welcome email will be with you shortly and contain your login details: Username and a secure password.
3. The link in the email will take to take you directly to the secure login page for the MSP Dark Web Portal.
4. Be prepared to set up your two-factor authentication method, this step is not optional on our MSP Dark Web platform.
5. Remember the key steps in your initial setup process: Add your techs as platform users, Use the branding to to add your logos and monthly reports email templates, setup your helpdesk alerting email and then add your customers. The videos in the training tab can help you with these steps.
6. If you realise that you need additional capacity for more domains/customers you can request a Package Upgrade on your “Account” page.
7. For any features that you would like to suggest for our dark web security platform please use the “Feature Requests” tab.
